Eye Level brings a second installment of 'Fork + Brush,' throws a beer event of their own (updated with menu)

On Friday, March 26, the team at Eye Level Art will be joining forces with Iverson Catering to bring you the next installment of their food-meets-art series, "Fork + Brush: Fused."

The five-course, breakfast-and-beer dinner will be served promptly at the 103 Spring Street gallery at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the event will sell for a cool $60 with gallery members receiving a 20 percent discount.

Along with dinner, guests will be treated to graffiti-style works from Chip7, who studied under acclaimed artist, DALEK), El Kamino and Charleston artist, Scott Parsons.

Course One
Blueberry Soup Shooter with a sweet orange blossom French toast bite

Course Two
Standing Egg Strata with julienned veggies and asparagus at the center with roasted heirloom tomatoes and brie crème

Course Three
Street Level Shrimp & Grits : grit cake served warm with tri-colored red, green, and yellow bell pepper reduction, finished w local shrimp skewer

Course Four
Chicken & Waffles : fried organic chicken medallion, Vidalia onion waffles, sweet bourbon-bacon syrup

Course Five
Ramekins of sweet banana bread pudding, served with strawberry schnapps ice cream, and a vanilla anglaise
