Update April 13: Beginning Sunday April 17th, Fuel will add a three week long mixology competition to their ReFuel Sunday brunch event.
Week one will feature three signature cocktails based with La Bubbly, a recently launched champagne from Social Wine Bar owner Brad Ball. Week two will feature three signature cocktails based with Fat and Juicy Bloody Mary mix, another new brand launched in January by Charleston locals Joe Good and John Glenn.
The winning cocktails from weeks one and two will return in week three and go head to head for the brunch drink crown: Bubbly vs. Bloody.
First reporting: On Sunday, March 13th, Fuel Caribbean Cantina will launch a revamped Sunday brunch: REFUEL.
Unlike other local brunches, Fuel plans to to deliver a Sunday Funday experience that will not only include new signature dishes from Chef Justin Broome, but also thumping beats from the best DJs Charleston has to offer.
To keep the Funday going, Fuel is extending their hours to 9 p.m. on Sundays.
