This month, Ted’s Butcherblock continues cooling off Charleston with the addition of their newest monthly event, "Cask Night at Ted's.”
At this happy hour style event, Ted’s will tap a rare cask keg of beer and offer a variety of house made sausages, charcuterie and more for dining. The menu options will change monthly based on what is new and seasonal. This month, Ted’s will be pouring Bell’s Two Hearted Ale.
The full menu is posted below:
- Option 1: German sausage plate with kraut, mustard, and pickles
- Option 2: Charcuterie plate with liver mousse, country pâté, rillets, beef shank terrine, salami and accoutrements
- Option 3: Braised duck nachos, smoked tomatillo salsa, pickled jalapeño
- Option 4: Ecuadoran shrimp ceviche with popcorn and corn nuts
