To invoke memories of childhood, Chef Robert Carter has introduced daily Blue Plate Specials at Carter’s Kitchen. These items bring a refined, fun twist to classic Southern staples like fried chicken and meatloaf.
The Blue Plate Specials include:
- Sunday – Fried Chicken
- Monday – Shrimp Pot Pie
- Tuesday – Bacon Crumb-Crusted Meatloaf
- Wednesday – Seafood Lasagna
- Thursday – Meatball Madness
- Friday – Fish Night
- Saturday – Prime Rib
- Available nightly – Vegan “Fried Chicken”
Carter's Kitchen is open Monday-Thursday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
