Update July 5th: It's the day after and from the sounds of it litter was much less of a problem this year.
First reporting: Still reeling from last year's litter-pacolypse on the Fourth of July, Folly Beach is prepping for a crackdown on litter bugs.
A crackdown to the tune of $1,000 if you're caught letting your trash go.
