The Glass Onion will offer up a five course tasting menu to celebrate their third anniversary on Thursday, March 24, from 6 to 10 p.m. This West Ashley restaurant located at 1219 Savannah Highway will collaborate with Hedges Winery for the celebration. The dinner will feature local delicacies, such as oysters, stone crab and quail paired with these sustainable Washington wines.
The Glass Onion places utmost importance on supporting area farmers and fisherman and will provide information about their purveyors at the dinner. The dinner will cost $50 per guest, and the optional wine pairing will be $25 per guest.
